This 'Dipper' is a pretty short coaster, though cool, and aside from mentioning that it's a coaster classic at the park, there isn't a whole lot about the ride to talk about.  There are lots of negative G's, and it is a typical out-and-back from PTC, the abbreviation for Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters.  This firm has made a lot of cool wooden coasters, and though it isn't very big, this coaster is one of them.
